GBZ/T 300的本部分規(guī)定了測定工作場所空氣中甲苯二異氰酸酯（TDI）的浸漬濾紙采集-高效液相，色譜法。本部分適用于工作場所空氣中甲苯二異氰酸酯濃度的檢測。

4.2.6.1 TDI 的儀器操作參考條件：

a) 色譜柱：2m×4mm，OV-17：QF-1：Chromosorb WAW DMCS = 2：1.5：100；

b) 柱溫：180℃；

c) 氣化室溫度：270℃；

d) 檢測室溫度：270℃；

e) 載氣(高純氮)流量：100mL/min。

4.2.6.2 MDI 的儀器操作參考條件：

a) 色譜柱：2m×4mm，OV-17：QF-1：Chromosorb WAW DMCS = 2：1.5：100；

b) 柱溫：230℃；

c) 氣化室溫度：290℃；

d) 檢測室溫度：290℃；

e) 載氣(高純氮)流量：100mL/min

GBZ/T 300.163-2018 Determination of Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplace Part 163: Toluene Diisocyanate

This part of GBZ/T 300 stipulates the use of impregnated filter paper collection-high performance liquid chromatography-chromatography method to determine the concentration of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in the air of the workplace. This part is applicable to the detection of toluene diisocyanate concentration in the air of the workplace.

4.2.6.1 Reference conditions for instrument operation of TDI:

a) Chromatographic column: 2m×4mm, OV-17: QF-1: Chromosorb WAW DMCS = 2:1.5:100;

b) Column temperature: 180℃;

c) Gasification chamber temperature: 270℃;

d) Temperature of the testing room: 270℃;

e) Flow rate of carrier gas (high purity nitrogen): 100mL/min.
