本品為微黃色至黃色或黃綠色澄清的黏稠液體;幾乎無臭;遇光色漸變深。天然型放置會固化,25℃左右熔化。本品在無水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚或植物油中易溶,在水中不溶。

含量測定
照氣相色譜法(通則0521)測定內(nèi)標溶液取正三十二烷適量,加正己烷溶解并稀釋成每1ml中含1.0mg的溶液。供試品溶液取本品約20mg,精密稱定,置棕色具塞錐形瓶中,精密加內(nèi)標溶液10ml,密塞,振搖使溶解。對照品溶液取維生素E對照品約20mg,精密稱定,置棕色具塞錐形瓶中,精密加內(nèi)標溶液10ml,密塞,振搖使溶解。色譜條件見有關物質(zhì)項下。進樣體積1~3l系統(tǒng)適用性溶液與系統(tǒng)適用性要求見有關物質(zhì)項下。測定法精密量取供試品溶液與對照品溶液,分別注人氣相色譜儀,記錄色譜圖。按內(nèi)標法以峰面積計算。
