色譜條件與系統(tǒng)適用性試驗 用聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯為固定相（PLOT Q型或極性相近）的毛細管柱；氫氣為載氣；柱溫90℃；進樣口溫度為130℃；檢測器為熱導檢測器，溫度為130℃。取含有甲醇（0.01%）和二甲醚的混合標準氣，由氣體進樣閥注入氣相色譜儀，記錄色譜圖。理論板數(shù)按二甲醚峰計算應不低于1500，二甲醚峰與甲醇峰的分離度應符合要求。
測定法 取本品，連接減壓閥，用銅管將減壓閥和氣體進樣閥相連接，打開鋼瓶減壓閥，沖洗連接管道與各閥，調(diào)節(jié)流速使進樣閥后的氣流以能在水中連續(xù)冒出氣泡為宜，設置氣體自動進樣閥0.01分鐘時打開，1分鐘時關閉，記錄色譜圖。按面積歸一化法計算，即得。
